Exchange Policy (please note that we do not offer refunds)
Products must be exchanged only within 30 days of purchase. They must be in NEW, re-sellable condition with the original tags, if applicable. We are unable to accept exchanged products that have been washed, worn, or soiled. No exceptions can be made.
Please be aware that the original shipping cost will be deducted from the exchange amount. This helps us to keep our expenses to a minimum.
When requesting a merchandise exchange, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs on the second shipment, regardless of the dollar amount of the original order.
You may opt for store credit in exchange for your exchanged merchandise. Store credit may be used at your leisure and has no expiry date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE/CLEARANCE/GENTLY USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD �AS IS� AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.
